2. Annual reports and financial statements for the last 3 years for the prospective corporate subscriber.

3. Annual returns for the last 3 years submitted by the prospective corporate subscriber to the Companies Registry.

4. Constitutional documents of the prospective corporate subscriber

5. An organisational chart certified by a director or secretary showing the percentage of ownership of each intermediate holding company up to the ultimate beneficial owner
由董事或公司秘书核证的公司组织结构图，应包括每个中间控股公司和/或最终母公司的所有权百分比
6. Copy of Hong Kong ID card of the ultimate beneficial owner
